April Milk Moosletter Weekly Themes By Jen & Haley Lavender Week Since 99.9% of Milk have breasts it was important to us to think about Breast Cancer and those who have been affected by it. To make the week a little more light hearted we decided to get our boobies out!! Well done to everyone who uncovered their udders! The staff also decided it was important that donations made to Milk this week should go to a breast cancer charity and $35.00 was raised and sent to the National Breast Cancer Foundation! On a more serious note remember to become familiar with your boobies, be breast aware! Spring Cleaning Week Dust was flying at Milk this week as we all...cleaned!? Shy babyz made their appearance known this week as their rarely seen faces graced the boards. Foldered babyz found new homes and old pictures and clothes found their way to the recycle bin! Spring Fever Week Sniffing, sneezing, weezing? Not for Milkers! Spring Fever Week was all about being crazy! Babyz dressed in silly clothes and made ridiculous faces. The pageant area really picked up this week as hosts got in to the spring-time mood. Pageants banned the winter sweaters we've been stuck in these past few months for the warmer bathing suits and tank tops! April Showers Week Who said rain had to be gloomy? April showers bring May flowers, after all! Babyz and parents alike celebrated spring by going outside and tending their neglected floor beds! Seeds have been planted and watered, now we just gotta wait for them to grow! Milk Donations By Jen At the beginning of this month we set up a system to accept donations to help Milk become ad-free! A heartfelt thank you goes out to the eight members who have donated so far; Alexandra, Angelique, Bobbi Jo, Breezy, Carrie, Kelley, Haley and Laura (twice!)! What is the fastest way to cure a sick baby besides using the slider, or do you just have to wait it out? Love, Cecilia --- Dear Cecilia, I recently got the chicken pox, and, although Mummy said I would turn into a chicken and lay eggs, I got better by my Mummy just leaving me alone to sleep. She also, annoyingly, kept waking me up to give me that yucky pink medicine thats in the kitchen cupboard (not the good one with the cookies in it).
